Only Loose Leaf Tea. Only Real Chinese Tea.
Lee’s Cha was born out of a simple belief — real tea should be pure, honest, and true to its roots.
We saw too many tea lovers curious about Chinese tea culture, but ending up with low-grade or even fake teas — teas that taste nothing like the real thing, and worse, might harm health over time. Many people couldn’t realize: tea dust, tea bags, tea paste, tea resin, or flower blends are not what we, as Chinese, consider real tea.Real Chinese tea is always loose leaf. Grown organically in high-altitude, rain-rich regions. No shortcuts. No compromises. That’s why we started Lee’s Cha — to reconnect tea with nature, and people with real Chinese tea. We work with fellow tea lovers to bring only authentic, high-quality loose leaf tea to those who truly care.
At Lee’s Cha, we only select Loose Leaf Tea; we only share Real Chinese Tea. We promise that no tea lover curious about Chinese tea culture will ever leave disappointed — only with the rich taste of real Chinese tea and a heart full of joy.
Generations of protection
Both teas are handpicked from pristine, high-mountain tea gardens located at elevations of 800 to 1,200 meters in a Tujia Autonomous County in Hubei Province, China. The Tujia people are one of China’s ethnic minorities, known for their deep connection to the land and traditional ways of life. The tea plants thrive in a naturally rich environment—surrounded by mist year-round, nourished by abundant rainfall, and rooted in fertile soil—conditions that create an ideal terroir for exceptional green tea.
The Art of Tea Roasting
Tea leaf roasting is a key step in the tea making process. By controlling the temperature and time, it removes moisture and gives the tea a unique aroma and taste.
Carefully selected, quality guaranteed
Hand-picking ensures that only the tenderest buds and leaves are picked to avoid mechanical damage.
Usually one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves are picked, as these parts contain the most nutrients.
