Two Easy Ways to Enjoy Your Tea, the Traditional or Casual Way
1. Gongfu-Style with a Gaiwan
For those who enjoy a mindful, ceremonial tea experience.
• Use a traditional Chinese gaiwan (lidded bowl).
• Add about 5g of tea leaves.
• Pour 85°C–90°C (185°F–194°F) water until the gaiwan is 1/4 full.
• Let the leaves awaken for about 3 seconds, then fill the gaiwan to the top.
• After 8–10 seconds, pour out the tea and enjoy.
• You can steep the same leaves around 5 times, each with its own evolving flavor.
2. Everyday Cup Method
Simple, quick, and perfect for daily enjoyment.
• Add tea leaves directly to your cup—about 10g for a 300ml cup (adjust to your taste).
• Fill the cup with 85°C–90°C (185°F–194°F) hot water.
• Let it steep and cool slightly, then sip directly from the cup.
• Pro tip: Don’t drink it all at once. Leave some tea at the bottom and refill with hot water for a smoother second round.
Water Quality Tip
To get the best taste, we recommend using purified or spring water. Good water brings out the full aroma and richness of high-quality green tea.

Crafted with Care
From fresh leaf to final cup—each step matters
Picking
Each leaf is handpicked, selecting one bud with one young, just-opening leaf (yi ya yi ye) to ensure peak freshness and tenderness.
Withering
Fresh leaves are spread out in a well-ventilated space for about 2 hours. This step allows some moisture to evaporate, promoting the formation of aroma precursors while reducing grassy notes.
Fixation (Shaqing)
Leaves are pan-fired in iron woks at 120–150°C (248–302°F) to halt enzymatic activity. This preserves the tea’s vibrant green color, reduces raw grassy taste, and begins forming its signature fresh aroma.
Rolling
A gentle rolling for about 8 minutes helps shape the leaves and enhances the smooth, full-bodied character of the brewed tea.
Drying
Leaves are dried at 80–100°C (176–212°F) to lock in flavor and bring the aroma to its peak.
Thoughtful Packaging
Natural outside, fresh inside
To reflect our commitment to sustainability, the outer box is made of eco-friendly kraft paper, bringing us closer to nature. Inside, the tea is sealed in a fresh-lock PC bag to preserve aroma and quality—even if you’re not drinking it right away.
