A Top-Tier Green Tea
Handpicked single buds from high-altitude natural tea gardens
This green tea represents the finest quality from its origin region. Each bud is carefully handpicked from natural, high-elevation tea gardens—home to lush mountain mist and rich soil. Only single, tender buds are selected, and if you look closely, you’ll see the delicate white fuzz (known as hao) on each leaf tip—an unmistakable sign of freshness and quality.
Recommended Brewing Method
To honor the quality, we suggest the traditional approach.
• Use a gaiwan for the full tasting experience.
• Add about 5g of tea leaves.
• Pour 85°C–90°C (185°F–194°F) water until the gaiwan is 1/4 full.
• Let the leaves gently unfold for around 3 seconds, then fill the gaiwan to the top.
• After 8–10 seconds, pour out the tea and begin your journey.
• This tea can be steeped up to 7 times, with each infusion revealing new layers of flavor and aroma.

Picking
Only the tender single buds, each covered in fine, silvery fuzz (hao), are carefully handpicked—a true mark of early spring’s finest growth.
Withering
Freshly picked buds are laid out in a ventilated space for 3 hours, allowing excess moisture to evaporate. This step encourages the development of aroma precursors and helps reduce overly grassy notes.
Fixation (Shaqing)
Using traditional iron woks, the buds are quickly pan-fired at 120–150°C (248–302°F). This process deactivates natural enzymes, locks in the tea’s emerald color, and builds its elegant, clean fragrance.
Rolling
A gentle 8-minute hand rolling helps shape the buds and enhances the tea’s body, resulting in a rounder, smoother mouthfeel.
Drying
Final drying at 80–100°C (176–212°F) fully dehydrates the tea while pushing its aroma to its peak expression.
